sajili Terms & Conditions — Player Agreement

1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and sajili ("sajili," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at sajili.cam. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with sajili, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, bonus programs, and all other features and services provided through the platform.

sajili is licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All games, sports betting products, and related services offered on the sajili platform are provided strictly within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law.

By accessing the sajili platform or any of its services, you confirm that:

2 Account Registration and Verification

Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one sajili account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, sajili reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel any pending or completed bonus credits, and withhold balances pending investigation.

2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements, sajili is required to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Verification documents accepted include:

• Philippine passport;
• PhilSys National ID;
• Driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO);
• SSS or GSIS Unified Multi-Purpose Identification Card (UMID);
• COMELEC voter's ID;

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sajili login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. You agree to notify sajili's support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. sajili will never contact you to request your password through any channel.

3 Age Restriction

Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from registering an account or participating in any game or betting activity on sajili. If sajili determines or has reason to believe that a player is under the age of 21, it will immediately suspend the account, void all bets placed, cancel all bonus credits, and initiate a refund of net deposits in accordance with applicable regulations. Winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be forfeited.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors in their care do not access online gambling platforms. sajili recommends the use of parental control software for households where minors may have access to internet-connected devices.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on sajili is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your sajili account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. sajili does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited to your sajili account originate from payment methods registered in your own name.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. sajili does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval during business hours.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on sajili are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. sajili is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers in cases where a player's payment method defaults to a different currency.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

sajili offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional credits to registered players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms published on the individual promotion page, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions while wagering bonus funds, and expiry periods. These specific terms supplement and take precedence over these General Terms where they address the same matter.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Wagers placed on certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward fulfillment of wagering requirements.

5.3 Eligibility

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the sajili platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a game's specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that particular game.

All games offered by sajili use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently tested and verified by accredited testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within each game's information section. sajili does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so through its platform systems.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, sajili reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes. Game outcomes recorded on sajili's certified server logs shall be deemed final in the event of any dispute regarding the result of a wager.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sajili platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using a sajili account to launder money or engage in any activity prohibited under the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act 9160) and its amendments;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the sajili platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the sajili platform in any manner not expressly authorized;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of deposits through payment providers after using the deposited funds for gaming activity;
• Accessing the sajili platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Allowing any other person to access your sajili account;
• Any other conduct that sajili, in its reasonable judgment, determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the sajili platform, including but not limited to the sajili brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and functionality, is the proprietary property of sajili or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the sajili platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any content from the sajili platform without prior written authorization from sajili.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

sajili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). By registering an account on sajili, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and improvement of the sajili platform experience.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sajili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the sajili platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of winnings due to technical failures beyond sajili's reasonable control.

sajili provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While sajili makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and uninterrupted access to the platform, it cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or delays at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

sajili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your sajili account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

sajili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Failure to meet or maintain the minimum age requirement of 21 years;
• Request by the player for self-exclusion under sajili's Responsible Gaming program;
• Direction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority;
• Extended account inactivity, as defined in sajili's dormant account policy.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than fraud or material breach, sajili will return the verified balance to the player's registered payment method following completion of any pending withdrawal review process.

12 Amendments to These Terms

sajili reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, sajili will notify registered players by email or in-platform notification no less than seven (7) calendar days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the sajili platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the sajili platform and may request account closure by contacting sajili's support team.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and sajili arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via sajili's customer support channels. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent court in the Philippines.

Players may also escalate unresolved complaints related to sajili's PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities to PAGCOR's player complaint mechanism as provided under applicable regulations.
